Moonset on the Desert

Moonset on Desert Sands by Sherri L. Dodd is a great mystery that keeps a reader enthralled from beginning to end. There is a great mix between the mystery and magical elements in Arista’s story. I found that the blending of both worlds, the other-natural and reality, was done so well and in a way that caused the suspension of disbelief to be quiet easy for me.
It was very easy to become enthralled by and into this story as Dodd’s writing is captivating with its characters, the story’s suspense, and and overall enchanting feeling portrayed in the tale. There are no short-lived moments in this work, as there is action that starts from the very beginning and grips the reader by truly keeping the reader guessing as the tale unfolds.
This is the second book in the series, Murder, Tea & Crystals, and I definitely recommend reading the first of the series becore continuing onto this one. It’s absolutely worth it.
